Once out of sight of the casino’s guests, he pawned you off to King Dice. The grip a little too tight for your liking as he led you to the backrooms. The only thing keeping them from acting on any impulses was the Devil’s arm around your shoulders. Some sneered, some gave you that pitied look when you see a sick dog on the side of the road, and some had that that look like they wanted to yell at you to get out.
The moment you had entered the building, many of the aristocrats and snobs saw you in your dirty clothes, oversized- stolen- jacket, and not wearing any shoes. The smell alone made you a little nauseous- high end cigars, booze, and food too much for your senses. Growing up living on scraps and in hand me down clothes didn’t prepare you for the inside of the Devil’s casino. Warning for: Manipulation, skeevy people, Devil and King Dice being assholes. I’m tired, my hands hurt, but I’m gettin Terraria outta this so its worth it.
